Therapy Online or In Person: Which Is Right for You?

1 min read

We offer sessions both online and in person. Neither is the better option in general. They suit different circumstances, and the right choice is the one you will actually keep going with.

Online tends to suit you if

  • Travel or traffic would make regular sessions hard to sustain

  • You have a private space at home and prefer familiar surroundings

  • Your schedule changes often and you need flexibility

In person tends to suit you if

  • Privacy at home is difficult to guarantee

  • You find it easier to open up when you share a room with someone

  • Leaving the house to attend helps you mark the session as its own time

A note on privacy

Online sessions only work well when you can speak freely. If the only private place available is a parked car or a quiet corner at a set hour, say so when you book, and we will plan around it.

You can change your mind

Choosing one now does not lock you in. Many people move between the two as their circumstances change. Book an Initial Consultation and we can decide together what fits.
